The written word is also a powerul force which can have both positive and negative impact on the perception of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered life and culture. Our self-image is, quite possibly, more important to continued growth as a community and toward integration into the social fabric of the world. I will feature authors and writings here that work toward an enriched and stronger GLBT society.

I have dedicated a special series of pages to my favorite gay/lesbian author, Patricia Nell Warren. Ms. Warren's works over the last 25 years has been a significant force in gay publishing. So much so that, today, she is one of the most respected gay/lesbian authors in the world, very much in demand for speaking engagments on civil rights issues. Patricia is also very active with Gay Youth and Censorship Issues. Links to her site are also provided.
