RYAN, 25, a young aspiring screenwriter, is going onto his third year anniversary with his boyfriend, JOEL, 26, in a week. At his agentıs party, Ryan and Joel meet LEO, 20, a young aspiring novelist and a college student. During an intense conversation about serial killers, Ryan feels viscerally connected to Leo where everyone in the party vanishes. Hanging out with Leo, Ryan soon becomes infatuated. Ryan sees Leo as the possibility of being with someone who can completely understand his passion. Ryan breaks up with Joel, despite knowing that Joel is deeply in love with him, and that they care and love each other. Drifted, Ryan feels the imminent to necessity explore this visceral connection.
