Preface
The following stor is based on the research of a mage called Lythande. Many
of those results are taken from experiences and perceptions of a cult called
"children of the creators". Therefor the results may be obscured
by religious thoughts. Especially there is no prove for the recreationtheory
or the existence of the creators. For better understanding, the doctrine
of the "children of the creators" is explained in the following
paragraph more closely.
Children of the Creators
The "children of the creators" believe in the existence of beings,
which are much more powerful than the common gods, the so called creators.
They live in small groups, which are lead by a groupleader. They are curious
and like to do experiments, which is why they meet from time to time to
do some experiments together. This fact would not be anything special, but
it is said that our whole universe was created by the groupleader and a
few beings by the other creators for experimental purpouses. It would be
the groupleader's job to put the creatures of the other creators to fitting
trials, so they and there creators may improve their pool of experience.
The following story is about the creatures of a creator called Goblin, who
was also promoted groupleader later on.
Goblin's Way to his first Creation
A long time Goblin did not know about creation, since it was only practiced
in small groups and was even partly forbidden in some areas. Then one day
he wanted to use his magic, which was called "technology", to
connect to other creators. So he sat by a magical object called "computer",
which could do many wonderous things, one of which was to send texts, which
were typed in, to other computers. This method compares to our couriers
with the exception, that nobody had to ride and the message was very fast
at the other computer, so one could easily await the answer. Since Goblin
did not have a special creator in mind to communicate to, he let himself
be connected to a meeting of several creators, which was called "chat".
At this chat he met a friend called wizard, who was busy talking about a
creationutility called AD&D. Goblin listened until he was so curious,
that he asked Wizard, where to get this creationutility. He gave the address
of a creationutilitytrader to Goblin, who went there with his then prefered
creatress as soon as possible. They found a creationmodel and asked the
creationutilitytrader whether this is all, which is needed for creation.
The trader answered yes, so Goblin and his prefered creatress bought the
creationmodel and drove excited home. After unpacking the creationmodel
they realized that this were not all components, needed for creation, at
all. There were still a creatingroupleadermanual, at least one creatormanual,
creaturecreationscrolls and randomnumbergeneratorstones missing. Disappointed
they putthe creationmodel away and waited until they met Wizard again for
further consulting. When the time had come, Goblin explained his problems
and Wizard invited them to join his group for a test, since two creators
had just quit. Gratefully they accepted the offer and got themselves the
missing components, which were only two creatormanuals and two sets of randomnumbergeneratorstones
now.
