Yeah! I came out to my roommate this weekend and to most of the rest of my close friends here yesterday at dinner. Yes, I know it was April Fool's Day. The two friends who knew thought I should do it then. So, I said what the heck and told them at dinner. The response was: That's all? *cheer* I was very happy. I did get the requisite How do you know? question which I didn't mind. And I got asked if the boyfriend knew. Speaking of which, I don't think he's too into hearing about anything having to do with my "bi-ness". Next time we talk, I have to ask him if it bothers him. If so, I won't mention it in front of him. I have plenty of friends who don't mind...at least I don't think they mind. In any case, it's been a good week. I have yet to be able to get my best friend on the phone so that I can tell her! ARGH! I don't want to e-mail her to tell her or to tell her over the telnet...that's just so impersonal. I see her in a few weeks, so hopefully I can tell her then.
