Our Homestead

You have taken an exit off the virtual highway to a place where time passes a little slower. Welcome to our homestead. It's a small hobby farm, not even 2 acres, nestled in the heart of the Annapolis Valley.

Sitting on the front porch you over-look apple orchards set against North Mountain. The west wind is filled with the scent of pines. Walking around the east side of the house you see our fruit orchard of cheeries, apples, and plums(more to come!). While sipping tea on the back porch, you gaze across our small pasture edged by still more apple orchards that stretch out to the base of South Mountain.

Our hopes and dreams for this patch of land are boundless. Soon you will be able to walk around our virtual gardens and orchards, see what is in season, get recipes for preservatives and beverages *hic* :) and hear our thoughts on the relationship people have with the land.
