Electra, who she is.

The third of the Legion Officers. Electra is straight to the point and wants things done in a hurry. She relys on brute strength most the time. Being tactless, she needs the smarts of her fellow officer, Glacia, to do most the thinking. On occasion Electra will solve puzzles on her own.

She controls one of the strongest elements. She uses it to to its fullest extent, sometimes leaving herself vunerable from power drains. When she is tapped out, she is found charging back up at power facility or in the heart of an electrical storm. Her relationships with the other Officers is timid. They don't challenge her due to the fact that she seems to be the strongest.

Attacks and Powers

Magnificent Lightning Storm
This is her ultimate attack. She calls upon the great show of an electric storm. She flies up into the sky and holds her arms out to the side. With her head held high, she becomes encased in an aura of lightning. Dark storm clouds begin to surge about the area and lightning begins to dance from cloud to cloud. She then begins to act as if she is throwing something down to the ground, and bolts of lightning begin to strike at the enemy.

Electric Bolas
Her eyes glow bright green as she holds out her hands and electricity dances between them. She then stretches her hands out to the sides and thrusts them forth, crossing in front of her. The electricity then shoots forth and creates to bolas that ensnare the enemy at the feet and electrifies then from the feet up.

Electric Discharge
Her defensive attack. She backs away from the enemy and blasts the ground with her power. The electricity flows about the ground in every direction, keeping her enemy at bay.
