Phaser, who she is.

Phaser is the highest Officer in the Shadow Legion. She comes to Chaos' side when his first three Officers seem to be failing. She was put in charge and was rather shunned from the other Officers. This made her seem unwanted. She didn't let that get to her from her duties. She was persistant and got her job done. Her first duty was to take away one of the senshi's most important things. She also comes across many other important finds on the enemy. Even though her findings are of great importance she is shown no recognition. This makes her a little resentful and causes her to want to leave the Shadow Legion.

Being able to control light, Phaser is a fomidable foe. Seeing that she has the power to manipulate light is odd, she is a warrior of Shadow, where light has no belonging. Maybe this is why she feels she doesn't belong. Chaos also seems to be wary of Phaser, her attacks can cancel out some of his.

Attacks and Powers

Incandescent Spectacular
This is her ultimate attack. She calls upon the core of her power. Using every form of light possible, she charges up a global aura about her body. From that globe, flares of light emit to anything that absorbs light. Upon impact, the light either slices, melts, illuminates or incinerates that object.

Laser Dagger
Her eyes glow bright yellow as she holds her hands in front of her. From her hands, a dagger of bright light appears. She grabs it in her right hand, spinning it and flinging it to her enemy as it gains speed, becoming a high density triple laser. Upon impact, the target absorbs the light and is seriously hurt, if not desintergrated.

Light Spectrum
Her defensive attack. She dazzles the enemy with a blinding spectrum of light. Producing virtually every color there is, the enemy is mystified by the show and becomes disoriented.
