I started doing this diary in June. If you haven't been following have a look at the Cast of Characters which gives a quick low down on the essential day to day characters who are mentioned here...it will make more sense if you do.

    

Out in the rain again trying to force reluctant staples out of posts. Falling over backwards in the mud, banging and scraping my fingers, losing my grip on slippery, wet tools, kneeling in slimey mud and nettles and struggling like hell with staples underground, post with several strands of wire attatchd, wire that has buried itself deep into the grass and the coldness and the lonliness. Oh, and of course, my face still hurts and that doesn't help. I could probably cope with a lot of it if I wasn't doing it own my own.

Ok, I've had my whinge and that's about all I've got to say especially since the weather eventually brewed up into a full on storm and the power went out until lunchtime today. (Sunday), so this is late anyway.
