I am proud to say that I can be called one of the alumni from Kubasaki High School in Okinawa, Japan, which is home to several military bases. I am a graduate from the State University of New York @ New Paltz where I majored in theatre with a concentration in lighting design and minored in Women's Studies. May I suggest virtually visiting the village of New Paltz? I'm currently a stone's throw from Canada, just a skip from Lake Placid.

I am also a big lover of "the arts". I enjoy acting on the rare occasion, but lighting is my love. I've been working with Pendragon Theatre for several years now. I did lighting for the high school and was a member of the local theatre group Pacific Okinawa Players. More about my love for theatre can be found here.

Another passion of mine is cooking... I love good food and I love feeding people, which is one reason I work in a restaurant. There is nothing like a mad rush to feed everyone as fast as you can so you can feed the next 20 people in line. If I wasn't going to be in the theatre business I would love to open my own little vegetarian restaurant.

For fun and in my spare time, I love to hike, swim, read, watch movies, listen to music, hangout with friends, and of course I love my computer =) I spend the majority of my free time in Montreal enjoying friends and all the various lovely things the beautiful city has to offer.

Like the crab, a Cancer, has a strong outer shell used to shield itself from the harms of daily life and people. They may seem withdrawn, but they are only trying to protect themselves. It will take time for it to trust but once it has, it will open up and one can see just how sensitive a Cancer really is. Like the waters of Mother Earth, Cancers are very emotional; peaceful and still one day and stormy and dark the next. They are extremely loyal. They are usually very nurturing and motherly. They enjoy being at home and taking care of their nest, it is their security blanket. One fault is possibly putting others before themselves, even when they themselves need the attention.
