Coaches Information

Registration: Must register any late entry rosters.
Waivers: One must be filled out for each participant.

Coaches Meeting

Definition of 10 mile IronMan course for Open, Masters, and Co-ed.
Definition of 4 mile "Fun" race course.
Review N.C.O.C.A. long distance race rules and regulations

12:00 AM "Fun" Race Starts
13:00 Awards Ceremony and Raffle Prize drawing
