STAMP CATALOG: ANTI-TB (SEMI-POSTAL) STAMPS
The Anti-TB surtax stamps after Republic Act No. 1635 was repealead on August 14, 1974 and the use of these stamps became voluntary, and later the surtax was considered as regular postage.
Anti-TB Semi-Postals, between 1958 and 1974, a five-centavo anti-TB stamp was compulsory on all mail matters from August 19 to September 30, as provided for in Republic Act No. 1635.

1967 Set features Stork-billed Kingfisher, Luzon Hornbill or Kalaw, Monkey-eating Eagle, and Large-billed Parrot or Loro.
1969 Set features four other bird stamps.
1970 Set features Doña Julia V. de Ortigas and the PTS Building, surcharged on
April 15, 1975.
1972 Set features the Philippine Fruits, surcharged on
June 20, 1973.
1974 Set features Dr. Basilio Valdez, surcharged on
April 15, 1975.
