Philatelic Issues Forum

The Philippine Philatelic Issues Message Board, formerly hosted by http://www.server.com became online on April 10, 1998. It had been subsequently transferred to Delphi Forums on June 26, 1998. Membership have been growing since then with posts averaging about two per month, a great effort on the members considering the novelty of the idea as well as the scarcity of news. Although the majority are Filipinos, a number of other nationalities have signed-up and thankful to have discovered an emerging forum. Please read the Rules of the Game before posting.
