Salty the Sailor
(sung to the tune of Frosty the Snowman)
By Peace!
Salty the Sailor,
Was a pathetic sorry soul.
With sea-green skin
And blurred gold eyes
And a heart made out of coal.
Salty the Sailor,
Is a Little Pony, they say.
We was cold as snow
And the Whalems know
How he became a drunk one day.
There must have been some alcohol
In that green bottle they found
For when they placed it in his hand
He began to drink around!
Oh, Salty the Sailor
Was as drunk as he could be
And the whales all say
He could belch and bray
Just the same as bro' Quarty!
Salty the Sailor
Knew the sun was hot one day
So he said "Now go Run
And I'll have some fun.
Blowing your brains away!"
Down to the village
With a shotgun in his hand
Chasing here and there,
All around the square,
Sayin' "Come back here dinner!"
He chased them down
The streets of town
Right to the Traffic cop
And he only paused a second when
He heard 4-Speed yell "Stop!"
But Salty the Sailor
Had to hurry and sail away
But He belched "Goodbye,"
Sayin' "Don't you cry
You'll all be handbags someday."
Stumbly-stumble
Stumbly-stumble
Look at Salty Go
Stumbly-stumble
Stumbly-stumble
Right to the drunk tank hold!
