5/13/06 12:28pm MDT - I planted some melon and pumpkin seeds on 5/11/06. I started these in peat pots and they're sitting outside, no covers for the greenhouse effect...so we'll see if they grow or not! LOL My sproutlings that I have posted on here ended up dying: I moved them outside so they could get more sunlight and I was gonna take the covers off of them, but Pat said that I should leave the covers on. But it turned out that I ended up COOKING the freakin plants by leaving the covers on and they all died! I blamed Pat for that one! LOL Anyways, I really want to eat a bowl of cereal right now and I need to go to the store to get milk. See ya!
4/21/06 11:12pm MDT - I just wanted to write in here real quick: I've been feeling the baby move a lot more lately and it's not just quick kicks, it's more like squirming now. :) I'm growing some vegetables now too. If you looked at "my sproutlings" page you'll see that I said the chives are growing first. Now the rest of them are starting to sprout too! There's one type that's not sprouting yet, and I didn't mark the rows so I have no idea what it is until it starts growing LOL Anyways, I'm going to bed. Night!
4/16/2006 2:38am MDT - Well what d'ya know! It's been exactly another month since I've written anything on this page! Weird huh!?!?! Anyways, nothin much is new. Daylight savings time started :P Yuck! So we're an hour ahead. umm...I got a temp job that I started on march 23rd and my last day is monday April 17th :( Oh well, I didn't really like doing it. It was for a call center. I didn't feel well prepared to do the job they had us doing. They gave us a week of training, then made us take 3 days of calls and considered it "training" so we were still getting "training pay" for doing it, and then we're only getting 8 days on "after-training" pay which is a fifty cent increase from "training" pay. So, Happy Easter everyone! We're going to be dyeing (sp?) eggs in the morning and we're going to do an easter egg hunt for Jasmine but I'm not sure if we're going to do it at home in our tiny yard or if we're going to Pat's mom's place. We'll see I guess. I'm guessing we're going to stay home all day cuz Pat doesn't visit his mom much. So we're probably just going to dye eggs with the girls and then maybe do an easter egg hunt for them. Oops, I just realized we forgot to get them baskets...I know we have one left from last year...I'm sure we could find something else for them to use though. They have lots of little plastic buckets everywhere! Well, it's really late now (3:11am) so I'm going to bed, night!
3/16/2006 7:23pm MST - It's been exactly a month since I've updated this journal! I'm really bad at keeping up with journals for some reason. So, we found out we're having a boy! We had a feeling that this one would be a boy! We already had the name Adam picked out since we found out I was pregnant! I can't wait! We're gonna have little baby Adam soon! ...ok, well, not that soon, but July isn't that far away! :) I need to save up some money too cuz I'm gonna need to buy a van to fit my friends in the car with my munchkins! I'm starting a job on 3/23 too! Hopefully I'll have a lot of hours cuz they pay pretty good! It's only a temp job though, supposed to be 6 weeks long. Hopefully they'll get me another job right after that (they're an employment agency). Well, I'm going to go make me a snack. Night night!
2/16/2006 midnight MST - Today was pretty boring for me. I really didn't do much today. Just fed the girls their meals & snacks and did dishes while Pat, Chris, John & Josh went to clean out the storage shed. And now I'm up way after my bedtime because I have this urge to redo my site. So I'm redo-ing it! And I think I'm about to say that I'm done for tonight because my eyes are really dry and I just want to keep them shut LOL I must be tired. So, goodnight everyone!
