We had quite a spread. Before that, we had dips and stuff. It included a vegetable platter, onion dip, chips, salsa, shrimp-salsa dip, little weenies in bbq sauce, bowls of M&Ms and peanuts, and of course an array of beverages to choose from. And that wasn't even the main lunch!

As for the buffet line, we had those hye roller / rollup things with everything from ham to roast beef to turkey and tofu ones (for vegetarian Eric). There was a huge pot of meatballs, another pot of beans, fruit salad, and potato salad. The star of the day would probably have to be the assortment of open faced sandwiches on almost-bite-sized croissants halves. The assortment included cold scrambled egg (a Norsk type thing), salmon, crab salad, gjetost, hard boiled eggs, strawberries and cream cheese, and I think that was all (as if that weren't enough).
The salmon sandwich platter had a pretty little fish carved out of a lemon:

There was plenty of food to go around, even though there were lots of people there:

And of course, what would a huge spread of food be without a certain little dog there to catch whatever might fall to the ground?
