This web site is set up by Steve King as a basic source of entertainment for himself, his friends, and anyone who happens to stumble across it. You may find pages that are incomplete. This is because the web master is some what of a lazy sort, and has not finished them. But sense he's not making any money doing this, he don't care.

A Note To Netscape User's

Many of my pages will not work with Netscape browsers. This is my fault for not checking for cross browser compatability while building this site. This site was checked mostly with IE 4.0 and 5.0. I am now in the process of checking for NC 4.0 compatability and will be updating pages as needed. Thank you for your patience.

The Standing Lotus section is Hjylimar & King's musical biography. Aside from wave files or "RealAudio", music is yet still a difficult thing to present on the internet. There is not much given here for the discription of the music. It is more of a history of Hjylimar & King's musical association. If you would like to hear some of Hjylimar & Kings music I suggest the NEW PAGE section for "RealAudio G2" samples and whole songs.

The Standing Lotus Picture Gallery is photos and pictures of Hjylimar & King. These pictures were specially selected to depict there personality and reflect the character of there music.

A clarification and explanation of the "Standing Lotus" name.

Uncle Fester is a mid 80's rock band from Seattle that has recently re-grouped. It has yet to be seen what there intentions are. Little information is available on the members of the band. Research is currently being done to obtain this info and will be posted here when it's available. It is known that "Steve King" of "Hjylimar & King" is playing bass for the group.
This section has pictures of Uncle Fester and ".wav" files of a few of there tunes.

This section is a collection of Photographs taken by Steve King during his stint as an amature photographer. It is rumered that he has not completely given up the photography hobby and we my get more recent pictures to post in the near future.
