Why is Bowaggi's page called the Lake of Illusions?
Hmm. Good question. The Lake part of the title came from Sailormercury's element, which is water. Somehow a Pond or a Spring of Illusions just didn't sound right, so I went for the most elegant sounding word I could find. Illusions, however, came from Sailormercury's attacks, almost all of which had illusions or mirages in them, thus the name. ^^
Who is the Icesenshi?
I regret to inform everyone that Bowaggi is not the Icesenshi, rather, she is Ami-chan herself. Icesenshi is a term coined by the Kraiders especially for dear Ami-chan, being the senshi of ice (you may also notice the Kraiders' other names, examples of which are Skysenshi and Lovesenshi).
In the LOI, Ami-chan is sometimes known as the Lady of the Lake.
LOI is an acronym for the Lake of Illusions.
Bowaggi is the webmistress of LOI, and she would like to tell everyone that she is a girl, because there have been quite a number of people who have told her that they weren't sure if she was a guy or a girl because of her name. Visit Bowaggi's Messy Studio, too!
Because a lot of these images came from the Kraiders, who scanned them. The Kraiders (Bowaggi included) work hard to scan and edit these pictures so that they will be unique, so maybe you could get a pretty good idea why they don't want anyone just taking them without permission, ne?
And also, some of LOI's pictures came from different pages, from whose webmasters Bowaggi has asked permission from (unless they do not require it). Please see the

I've been hearing the word Kraider all over the place! Who are these people?
The Kraiders (short for Kitchen Raiders, actually) are a group of cousins (Bowaggi included) who own pretty, pretty, pretty SM Character Shrines (Bowaggi: cough, cough!). Oh, this is because Bowaggi's grades are falling fast, and she doesn't' quite have the time to make the page all the time (but she's sorry about all the inconvenience she has caused…)!
