'Night visitors'

This is one of the earliest dreams that I can remember and it was a reoccurring one. I could have been no more than three or four, but it was always same Set against a dark blue background like night or dusk, these two figures on horseback loom up. The on the right would prod me in the ribs with a lance a couple of times, then the horses heads would turn away as they moved off. The strange thing is that it was all in slow motion, even the breathing of the horses was low pitched like a slowed down recording.
