It was late November, some years back. I was standing outside Totton timber Co. witnessing one of the reddest sunsets I’d ever seen. Everyone was remarking on how spectacular it was. The crimson glow flooded beneath this huge plate of purple cloud, illuminating its swirling contours. I thought: “If I painted this nobody would believe me.”……………. So I did!
