Psionics Undead Barrier (Psychokinetic Devotion) Power Score: Con -3 Initial Cost: 7 Maintenance Cost: 5/rnd. Range: 0 Preparation Time: 0 Area of Effect: 3 yard-diameter Prerequisites: none Creator: Greg Schick Description: This power creates a barrier similar to an inertial barrier except it keeps out all undead. The barrier will act as an impenetrable shield within 3 yards to all undead (including creatures from the demi-plane of shadow but not Shades or Shadow Dragons). Special abilities that require touch (strength drain, level drain) do not function since the undead creature can not get within 3 yards of the psionicist. Special abilities that rely on mental contact (fear or charm) are able to function through the shield as long as sight is maintained. The barrier extends into the ethereal plane keeping out all ethereal and semi-ethereal (e.g. ghosts) undead. Power Score: The maintenance cost is reduced to 3/rnd. 20: The psionicist creates a bizarre wind-pocket that knocks him to the ground.
