The Roswell Incident
What Is Roswell All About, Anyway?
Everything That Happened During The Now Famous "Roswell Incident"
One night in Mid-July of 1947, at about 10:00 PM, a glowing
object crashed on a ranch in a small town in New Mexico.
The name of this now famous town was, and remains "Roswell."
This event now known as "The Roswell Incident" began when
the military recovered wreckage from a remote ranch in Roswell,
New Mexico.
One night (sometime during the first week of July, in 1947,) a
cattle-ranch owner was riding out on his horse [with his son] to check on his sheep.
While riding, he discovered a large amount of
strange, twisted, metallic debris. This wreckage was spread out over a
large portion of his field. He quickly sent his son back to the house to explain to the family what he had found. His son - and family - soon came back, and collected much of the debris. Several days later, this ranch owner
brought some of this strange metallic rubble to the local sheriff; Sheriff Wilcox.
Soon after hearing this story, Mr. Wilcox notified the authorities at the Roswell Army Air Field, and had them
proceeded to investigate the report.
Soon after the military got involved on this case, they sealed off the area, and retrieved the wreckage - all of the wreckage. Eye-witness reports state that the military performed a through ground sweep to ensure that no ruins were left behind. This sweep also included a final "vacuuming" of the dusty area. This wreckage was
then taken back to Roswell Army Air Field, and then immediately flown
to Wright Field, in Ohio.
On the morning of July 8th, the press was notified (by the military itself)
that a "crashed saucer" had been recovered in Roswell, New Mexico. This information was
soon spread all over the United States, as it was published in
many of the major syndicated newspapers.
Soon after releasing this information, the military had realized
that they had made a horrible mistake, and held another press
conference in which they told that they had really recovered a
crashed weather balloon. Believing this second story,
the public quickly forgot about the incident in Roswell.
It wasn't until years later in the late 1970's, when there
was new information uncovered about Roswell, and people
began to become involved in trying to figure out what really
happened back in June of 1947.
Now, it is almost the beginning of a new millennium, and the entire country wants to know what really
happened in the deserts of New Mexico. The government has just recently issued
a "Case Closed" statement that it was not only a crashed weather
balloon that was recovered, but it was a balloon equipped with experimental radar equipment. They say that this equipment was the cause for many of the more shaped pieces of metal found at the site. It could also explain the secretiveness that the government kept in cleaning up all of the wreckage. When trying to explain some accounts of alien bodies
seen shortly after the crash, they say that the public was confusing two incidents; forming a hilarious, and believable new occurrence.
These two incidents being the crashed weather balloon, and a
project taking place at around the same time using test dummies
thrown out of airplanes, in order to try out newly improved military parachutes.
Is this new statement about the Roswell Incident
the real truth about what happened so long ago? Or is it just
an elaborate cover-up filled with propaganda and lies, hiding from the public
what really happened in July of 1947? If it
is another cover-up, then will they ever come clean and tell
us what was (and maybe still is) going on? Or will we just have to continue believing their lies?
