Off to the right of the parking area are farmers fields and houses. Young men, old women and boys and girls were out working while we were there. They came up to sell oranges when we got off the bus.

It has to be something to live and work in the sight of such antiquity. But I guess you just get used to it and find it humdrum after a while...?
