The term UER is used for space-related events, which are
always
classified SECRET; the term UCT is used for Earth-bound
unidentified objects.
UCT Reporting
There are four categories of UCT:
· Significant UCT
· Nonsignificant UCT
· Critical UCT
· False UCT
Copies of "Critical" and "Significant" UCT are sent to
NORAD and
all Space Command directorates; Naval Space Command,
Army
Space Command, and Air Force Space Command.
