The Times Most Celebrated by
The Filidh de Danann of Yore,
were May Eve &
"Midsummer Night's Eve" & Samhain.
However all the Solstices & Equinoxes
were natural events that were also observed
& also there were a few others that evolved
into large celebrations,
such as Imbolc & Teltainne.

Every Full Moon also has
a special celebration.
Dark Moons & New Moons,
have their meditations too.

Below are some of the Major
Special Holidays that we still observe.
As a page for each is completed,
it will become linked on this little menu.
 

Our Primary Supreme Mother is Dánu.
The Greenfolk are also loved
& this includes The Fae's Greenman
& The Greenwoman & their children.
We love the Faekith of the Blessed Isles
& they hold very special places of honour
in our hearts, minds & souls.
It is a blessing to do them any kindness
& to write poetry & music for them.
Creating & performing lovely arts
for them is a blessed treasure.
yet we also care about
various Nature Spirits all over the Earth.

Dánu is The Heart of Compassion,
& in addition
We also celebrate many others who will
soon have their place of honour here,
including the Great Swan of Love
& his Swan Faery Love, "Yewberry",
who you will come to delight about.

There is too much to include at once &
you will need to be given special access
to view some of the special parts not
printed for general public consumption,
as it is made ready for our Filidh.
Áine & many others who are dear to us,
will appear,
such as Brighid, Dagda & Boand,
Manannán Mac Lir to name just a few.

Yet our greatest focus
will be on those prior to &
up to the Bronze Age.*
 

Our Filidh de Danann Faith,
which can enrich & heighten your joy in life,
& will cover some later adaptions & times,
however it just isn't our
area of primary focus
to spend much time on very much
past the Bronze Age,
unless it has specific purpose
& relevance to the present.
Niall & Finn MacCool & a few others,
such as Queen Medb & Macha
will be covered in a special way though.

Please do not wear anything with iron
or bring any iron to our gatherings.
Martial Arts & Archery will be allowed
at some Games Gatherings,
that also feature Horse Racing,
such as at Teltainne.

We believe that a spirit/soul
lives various lifetimes,
sometimes in different forms,
so this is very similar to what is now
called "reincarnation", because each
Being has a Circuit of Births
(Tuirgente)
that they go through or traverse.
So each Being is immortal.
Between lives we live in "Summerland".
Everything Living has Spirit,
from the tiniest to the greatest.
