The Letter to the President of Russia.

A terrible threat of self-destruction had loomed above us. The majority of the population of our planet does not even aware about it. Those people, who created this threat, falsely deny its possibility. But those, who are aware of its reality, are in minority now. Keep in mind that the threat will not bypass somewhere far from you and will not touch you and your family. We will not be able to stop the catastrophic process after the horrible device will be switched on. But it is still possible to try to prevent it now. Fulfill your mission - "make all bells sound." Go to higher authorities, demanding a global ban on the dangerous experiments. Open the criminal cases against the LHC propagandists for their deliberate falsehood, for dereliction of risk assessment, because they put our lives at risk, because they try to transform the modern experimental physics into the weapon of Earth destruction.

Dear President!

The upcoming experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) with a very big probability, up to tens of percent, can lead to the destruction of the Solar system. The experiment is funded by dozens of states. The experience has showed me, that it is impossible to prevent this experiment by the ordinary debates with colleagues physicists. The experiment can be eliminated/denied only by the immediate and drastic action of high state authorities. The solution to this problem I see in the following sequence of actions:

1. The dissolution of the Division of Physical Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences, because of their negligent attitude to the assessments of global risks of modern experiments.

2. The re-establishment of the Division of Physical Sciences with reasonable physicists, able to anticipate the danger.

3. The reformed Division of Physical Sciences appeals to the international scientific community with a proposal to impose an international ban on risky experiments: the collision of particles with the energies above 0.5 TeV; the creation of transuranium elements; the accumulation of ultra cold neutrons.

4. To suggest the Prosecutor's Office of Russian Federation to open the criminal cases against those officials, who neglected the risk assessment of the LHC and promoted it.

A global catastrophe could already happened on Sept. 21, 2008, but we were lucky, and two days before the collider had out of order. Currently, a renovation of LHC and its launch is scheduled for spring-summer 2009.

The vast majority of physicists believe that the future experiment on the LHC is safe. Such a carefree attitude was formed by to two main reasons:

1. Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as most other academies of the world, raised the hypothesis of Big Bang as a religious dogma, and now the Big Bang is not a hypothesis and not theory, but is the alleged fact. The analysis shows that the Steady State models of Universe, rejected by the Academy, give us additional chances to anticipate the catastrophe. The Russian Academy of Sciences had established the Anti Pseudoscience Commission. Therefore, every physicist, even if he think that Big Bang theory is false, should preach at it, and keep mum about his personal opinion.

2. Some high-ranking physicists, known throughout the world, failed to assess the risk, or not even thought about it, made false and misleading allegations, which are now repeated everywhere by thousands of ordinary physicists.

Where could the launch of LHC lead us?

The main purpose of the LHC-experiment is the desire of physicists to look at the state of matter at superhigh energies, and supposedly to prove the theory of Big Bang. They hope to detect the mass-forming Higgs boson. Several years ago, this particle had received the new name, - "the particle of God". It is known that the majority of particles have corresponding antiparticles. In September this year (2008), I found that the high-energy collisions can create a particles which are able to absorb the ordinary matter. Taking into account the properties of this particle, it can be called a "magnetic trap of Devil". Figuratively speaking, a particle of God gives the mass to a solid matter, and the magnetic trap of Devil transforms the energy of solid matter into the energy of magnetic field:

mc² ---> LI².

If so, have we the right to touch to a particle of God? Will we bypass far from the trap of Devil? If the collapse process begin, we will not be able to stop it.

How it will look like?

Depending on the capture speed of the ordinary matter by the magnetic trap, the process can happen quickly or slowly. If that happens quickly, then we will disappear, and will not understand anything. If that would last for months or years, we will test all meal of a Hell. The monotonous painful increase of atmospheric pressure, the rising temperatures, earthquakes, increasing pain in the ears and all over the body, hunger, madness, cannibalism... The living persons will envy the dead ones. And only in a few years (decades), our solar system will turn into a system of rings, such as rings, remained after the explosion of the star, which we began to watch from the end of February 1987. If the LHC-experiment will not be denied, the probability of global catastrophe, according to my point of view, will be about of tens of percents. CERN physicists deny such possibility completely, or give it the probability much less, than one millionth. If they would tell the truth, the whole branch of High Energy Physics would be immediately closed. And that would mean the loss of high-paid jobs.

Dear President! To estimate the probability of disaster yourself, you can invite: the supporters of the experiment on the one side; me with my associates (Golota V. from Ufa, Sancho and Wagner from the U.S., Otto Roesler from Germany) on the other side. Look at our dispute, and do, please, the corresponding conclusions.

Annex to the Secretary of the President.

Dear Secretary, if you are a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, then you have no right to block the advance of this letter. On the Internet you can find copies of such "senseless answers from President's secretaries". I think that such secretaries should be prosecuted. The President should know that CERN, neglecting the risk assessment, in fact, is preparing a terrorist act to destroy our Civilization.

Soon after I send the second letter to the President of Russia, but without the Annex to the Secretary.
In early 2009 I received two answers in which it was stated that my letters were sent to the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Till now (the end of February, 2009) I did not see any reaction from the Russian Academy of Sciences on the assessment of possibility of magnetic traps creation at the LHC.
Conclusion: Our existence is nothingness, comparatively to their high-ranking prestige, possible prizes and rewards for possible Higgs (particle of God) registration.
