In 1993, On Fox Television Network, A phenomenon hit. Who know that a show created by Chris Carter, would create such a cultish following? The basic story plot is this: 2 young Federal agents chasing anything from ufos to ghosts.
The X-Files main characters are Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. David Duchovny plays Fox Mulder, a strange, somewhat of an outcast, FBI agent obsessed with government conspiracies and paranormal happenings. Then there is his partner Dana Scully, played by Actress Gillian Anderson.
She on the other hand, unlike her counterpart looks does not relay on the supernatural but looks to science for all of her answers FIRST. She believes that everything must have a scientific resolutThe show first starts off with Special Agent Dana Scully, receive instructions to report to Chief Scott Blevins in Washington. Blevins assigned Agent Scully to investigate--and debunk--an unassigned project dubbed "The X-Files," a burial ground for mysterious, unsolved FBI cases linked to the paranormal. Scully is then, instructed to contact, an agent who has become obsessed with investigating the otherwise forgotten X-File cases, named Fox Mulder. Mulder tells Scully that his interest in the X-Files stems from his childhood when his sister, who was then eight years old, was abducted from their bedroom while he slept.
