The Maze Rats have been cuttin' in on the prospectors out in the Maze, and the Collegium has been goin' overboard (you'll pardon the pun) tryin' to deal with them. Meanwhile, back here in town, there's some disturbing rumors about the Whateleys and the Flock floatin' around, and those boys from North and South tend to get a bit out-of-hand and takin' pot shots at each other when they ain't shootin' at whatever they think is a "monster." Yep, the Law needs to step in, and that's why we're here.
