Poetry Place Section Three
I find that with every new stage in my life, and every new expeirence, that my poetry either grows, or is a buffer to help me write more. Currently, a poem that I have written is in a contest, and is doing fairly well, from what I understand. Unfortunately for all who come here, I do not have the poem listed here. Anyway, here is another page of poetry for you all to read, and enjoy.

Dragon, Dragon, rage, and fight
flash your teeth, and try to bite
swing your tail, grind your jaw
spread your wings, scratch your claw
tilt your head, snarl, and roar
coil your legs, spring, flap, soar
fly straight, fly true
dodge the sun, and moon of blue
pierce the night, crush the day
slaughter the cattle, burn the hay
smash the wall, boil the moat
attack the guard, rip out his throat
break the door, step inside
scan the room, all the servants hide
walk to the vault, mangle the gate
down the stairs, there she wait
soft, and gentle, flaxen hair glow
nuzzle her neck, pick her up slow
break the chain, reverse the course
stretch your legs, no need for force
wing whence you came, return back home
relax in your place, no terror to roam
curl up with thyne mistress
as I curl up with mine.

Boredom

Boredom, what a mean foe,
stalk me in the summer,
catch me in the snow,
chase me in the spring,
flee me in the fall,
ever in an endless ring,
do we follow the bouncing ball,
torture us here,
submit to us there,
feel you shrink,
feel you grow,
stop to think,
stop to know,
Behold, vile enemy,
I have beaten thee!
Now, for how long,
we shall see.......

Soul Popping

Set your feet
Straighten tall
Raise your arms
Call your soul
Alight your eyes
Set your jaw
Focus your mind
Highten your sense
Quicken you pulse
Don't make a mess
Let it build
Let it grow
Hold it, hold it
Now, let it flow
Careful, careful
Don't rush
Ok, ok
Now you have it
Stop, stop
You have it finished
No, no more
You'll do it damage
Quit it, quit it
You'll make it explode
Kaaaaaaaaaaaabbbbbbbboooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmm.....
Told ya so............
