Card of the Week

Thanks to Lucas Treffkorn for managing all the CotW business, for writing the uses and all, and for sending me the CotW weekly. :-)

The DT evangelism strikes! Each week, a card is elected for Card of the Week. The card and it's uses are posted weekly on Target's DT mailing list and in rec.games.trading-cards.misc newsgroup.
