CAPT. JAMES T. KIRK
Captain USS Enterprise

BACKGROUND
James Kirk was born in Iowa (planet Earth) on March 26, 2233. He entered Star Fleet Academy in 2250, where he served aboard USS Republic, and he graduated in 2254. He was then assigned to USS Farragut and promoted to Captain in 2263. 2264 began his Five-Year Mission aboard USS Enterprise and upon his return in 2269, he was promoted to Admiral. In 2271, he was reassigned as Captain of the Enterprise. He "retired" in 2281 and was back again in 2284. In 2286 he was convicted of violating orders and assigned to command Enterprise-A. He retired again in 2293 and in 2371, he emerged from The Nexus and was killed on Veridian 3.

PERSONAL
His middle initial T stands for "Tiberius". His brother, George Samuel Kirk, died on the Planet Delvan. His son, David Marcus, died on Planet Genesis. He has a nephew, Peter Kirk.
