" HUMILITY "

The vanities of all others may die out, but the vanity of a saint as regards his sainthood is hard indeed to wear away.   Ramakrishna  .

It is strange that men are in such haste to get fame as teachers,  rather than knowledge as learners.

Pride cometh before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.

Humility like darkness reveals the heavenly lights.

We come nearest to the great when we are great in humility.
