It is a beautiful gem - usually pink, or lilac in colour, although can be clear and I have heard of a yellow variety (although do not know about it's uses). Gem quality Kunzite is found in California and Maine and also in Madagasca and Brazil. Kunzite is an extremely powerful stone for helping with relaxation as it emits strong peaceful vibrations - which help with de-stressing - soon bringing a feeling of calmness when held in the receptive hand. If you work in stressful surroundings place a piece of Kunzite on your desk - to help take away the feelings of pressure. It will keep you grounded and at peace, and able to cope calmly with any potential stress-inducing situation which arises. Gazing at a piece of Kunzite will help to calm feelings of anger, nerves or fear. It could be useful in an amulet for your car, for when you are caught in traffic jams and other stressful situations where you need to keep your cool!
