20 hours CE / 42.00
Currently any orders received can enjoy the twenty hour package of Lectures for only 42.00 plus 8.00 shipping and handling via priority mail. You simply order whatever Lectures you want that add up to twenty credit hours (may be twenty one). This is only 2.10 per credit hour and a good way to get your CE required by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) for recertification purposes. To better serve Pharmacy Technicians, this price will remain effective indefinitely.
If ordering directly on-line you will need to indicate what lectures you want in your order or email me what lecture(s) you would like. In the case of the 20 hour package, just select which lectures you would like to receive that add up to 20 or 21 hours.
Each individual credit hour is charged 2.10, if you order 20 hours you will be charged 42.00. You can order less or more lectures if you wish, the price will always be 2.10 per credit hour. PTCB does require that 1 hour be in Pharmacy Law.
National Exam Review Manual and CD ROM
Tech Lectures® is proud to present a 170 page spiral-binded 2009 updated manual/workbook that is made specifically for those who will be taking the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board National Certification Exam.
The manual includes a new 20 page section called "Assisting the Pharmacist" and also new Principles of Compounding, IV Admixtures sections as well as updated top 200 drug list by both generic name and classification. Both the Pharmacy Calculations and Pharmacy Law Sections have been expanded as well. Included is section on The Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam: What you need to know with sample multiple choice questions and a 90 question practice exam similar in format to the National Exam.
CD ROM
Tech Lectures also offers a CD ROM that contains an interactive database of over two hundred multiple choice questions similar in format to the National Exam and over one hundred drug trade/generic name quiz, abbreviations, along with other very useful information.

Institutional Lecture Packet
Tech Lectures is proud to present the Institutional Pharmacology Lecture Packet specifically for Pharmacy Technician Programs, other Allied Health curriculum, or individual Pharmacy Technicians who want to learn. Each Lecture is prepared in an easy to follow format for the instructor of a basic Pharmacology Course.
The Institutional Packet contains 27 individual lectures with accompanying exams and key to exams.
In an attempt to help Instructors in the preparation time of coming up with Lecture material and in the making of examinations, Tech Lectures® has done the work for you.
Each individual Lecture contains the following:
- Individual Lecture of a Disease State
- Drugs most commonly used for that Disease State
- Examination for that Lecture
- Key to Examination
The reality is that Pharmacy Technicians will not do counseling and need not know the Technical aspects of Pharmacology. These Lectures were developed to allow the Technician a basic understanding and appreciation of Disease States and Drug Therapy.
