A bridge contractor and a stone mason.

1893 Living in Washington State, according to her mother's obituary.

On 13 April 1882 when Nathan Howard was 41, he married Hannah Elizabeth Severns, in Coshocton Co., OH. Born in 1858. Hannah Elizabeth died in 1938; she was 80. Buried in Valley View Cem., Warsaw, OH.

461. Mary Ellen Buckalew. Born on 30 September 1845 in Clark Twp, Coshocton Co., OH. Mary Ellen died in 1900; she was 54.

On 6 January 1868 when Mary Ellen was 22, she married Levi Gamble, in Coshocton Co., OH. Born on 19 December 1834 in Huron, OH.

From History of Coshocton County, OH, 1740-1881, pp. 687-68, by Hill, 1881: Followed teaching from 1854 to 1864 when he was appointed civil engineer on public works, and served one year. Appointed County Surveyor by the county commissioners in June 1865 and served 12 years, after which he resumed the profession of teaching.

462. Elizabeth Ann Buckalew. Born in 1847. Elizabeth Ann died in 1920; she was 73.

1893 Living in Washington State, according to her mother's obituary.

On 30 October 1872 when Elizabeth Ann was 25, she married Aaron D. Clark, in Coshocton Co., OH.

463. Harmon (Hiram ?) Francis Buckalew. Born in 1849. Harmon (Hiram ?) Francis died in April 1894; he was 45. Buried in Darling Cem.

5 Apr 1894 Obit., "Hiram Bucklew Passes Away--...a widely and favorably known resident of Jefferson township, died after a brief illness, of pneumonia, at almost midnight Friday of last week. His aage was something more than forty four years, and he leaves a wife and one daughter besides a wide circle of relatives and friends..."

On 24 December 1874 when Harmon (Hiram ?) Francis was 25, he married Selma (Selina) Darling, in Coshocton Co., OH.

William Ulrey married Mary Rose.

465. Marion Buckalew. Born in May 1854. Marion died in Warsaw, Coshocton Co., Jefferson Twp, OH, on 12 June 1874; he was 20. Buried on 12 June 1874 in Warsaw, Coshocton Co., Jefferson Twp, OH.

Death record, Vol 1, p 151, states he died of "cramp colic."

6 Feb 1874 Obit.: "Died at the residence of Nathan Bucklew, Esq., in Warsaw, OHio, Jan 12, 1874, Marion, son of Nathan and Sarah Bucklew, aged 20 years and 1 month. ...taken suddenly with cramp colic from which there was apparently no relief and after two days of severe suffering quietly fell asleep in death. At the time of his death, he was attending school, seeking to qualify himself for the duties of life, ....kind and of an agreeaqble disposition, which won for him the esteem of those with whom he was associated

466. Martha Jane Buckalew. Born in 1855. Martha Jane died in 1944; she was 89.

1893 Living in Washington State, according to her mother's obituary.

Martha Jane married Pegram, in Spokane, WA.

467. Benjamin Riley Buckalew. Born in 1858. Benjamin Riley died in Warsaw, Coshocton Co., OH, on 10 March 1888; he was 30.

Coshocton Co., OH, Death Records, state that he died of "lung fever."

1888, Mar 9; Obit.:"Mr. Riley Bucklew, a well known resident of Jefferson township died last Saturday evening. His death was the result of a severe attack of lung fever."

On 8 April 1881 when Benjamin Riley was 23, he married Peora Darling, in Coshocton Co., OH.

16 Dec 1892, Obituary: "...death...Saturday morning last. ...had a kind heart and an amiable disposition and all loved her who had the pleasure of knowing her. ...a member of the M.E. Church ...and a true Christian woman. ..(buried in) Darling Cemetery. ..leaves three small children and one sister; her husband having died a few years ago."
