1930: Living in Newton, GA, according to the obituary of his brother, Isaac. Also lived in Blakely, GA and Gulfport, MS.

On 20 June 1920 when George Oxford was 47, he married Rubina Ina Barrett, in Clark Co., GA. Rubina Ina died in 1980.
