Well, The Tarsier is an arborial primate;
so it seemed appropriate to connect the different area's of my site using tree symbolism.
The fact that many of the Ideas
I had for the site matched up well with classic tree legends,
certainly helped in making that decision, as well.
I plan to add to each of the five current tree's of the grove,
and with luck; I'll be able to plant some new ones as well.
The last reason is the simplest. I like trees.
The spirits of trees are interesting to be around.
and I'm hoping some of that will rub off on my site.
So, that's why I've been using the tree symbols.
Not the most insightful of reasons I admit, but it worked for me.
As time passes, I plan to organize this site along to following lines
The Trees of The Tarsier's Grove.
The Tree of Life is where The lessons and observations,
The Tree of Knowledge is the location of Information,
Yggdrasill, the World Tree, is Where you will find things dealing with the planet
The Tree Of Time is one of my favorites. It's where the legends of the past meet
Finally, There is The Tree of Elsewhen, The Tree of Time's partner in Eternity.
It's Been nice having you visit,
we have while incarnate will be recorded.
It contains the branching choices that create the lives we live.
from the Net, Books, or whatever source.
Dealing in topics I find interesting, or amusing
as it is now, Photographes, articles, and such.
the outcomes of the present to watch the hopes for the future
There I will be placing the Myths, Legends and Prophesies, that I find as I search, the past, present, and future.
In its Roots, Trunk, and Branches are the possiblities
our reality didn't take.
The Parallel Universes of Quantum physics,
and Realms of Science Fiction and Fantasy,
are wood that make up this tree.
and until climb to this part of Life's Tree again.
Climb carefully; because, not all of Life's branches will support you weight,
and while falling isn't bad; those sudden stops at the end, are a pain.
You are the Climber to this Branch in the Tree of Life.
