When participating in regional and national dialogues about the reality that the women live, we find some painful constants in the Mexican reality.

In general, the women:

v     Is more affected by the politicians of economic adjustment, with the consequent feminización of the poverty.

v     Increases the number of adolescent mothers and of families without the father's presence.

v     In many environments the rights of the women are ignored or rejected.

v     There is a lack justness in the educational opportunities for the girls and the women.

v     They have little or null participation in the taking of decisions in the family, economic, political and ecclesiastic atmosphere.

v     Tend to accused themselves or other women by its situation, without knowing how to look for creative solutions.

v     They suffer the violence and sexual harassment in the home, in the work and the street.
