Although One of the shortest par four's on the front side, it demands a very accurate shot to a tiered green. Like many holes at PCC, long on the first hole spells trouble.

A long and scenic par 4 that plays like a par 5 into an easterly wind. A difficult par when you are putting from above the hole.

A par three hole that could be a par four most any day. Slightly uphill from tee to green and always into a cross wind. This devilish hole claims more bogeys than pars. Photo |

Don't be mislead by its number eight rating. This hole requires one of the most accurate second shots on the course. If you find yourself to the right, walk to the fifth tee! |

A long tee shot is needed to give you a good look at the green and allow a well pitched club for the second shot to one of Donald Ross's most unforgiving greens. Hitting this putting surface in regulation by no means guarantees anyone a two putt. Photo |

This is the shortest par four that PCC has. The yardage gives long hitters a try at driving the green but they usually find trouble left and over. This green has some of the most subtle breaks you will find anywhere. Photo |

Anyone who has played PCC always remembers this beauty. Trees everywhere and the toughest green to hit and hold. If you hit short of the green you lose yardage and if you go over you can count on double bogey or worse if you are lucky. It is impossible to have a straight or level putt on this hole. Photo |

Our shortest par three which can require anything from a wedge to a six iron for average golfers and even a three to five iron for casual players. The winds are very tricky since number eight is set amongst tall cedars and oaks. This can be a difficult if not impossible green for any golfer to get down in two from above the pin and it is well bunkered. |

A great finishing hole to the front nine and has made the difference to many a Nassau match. A lengthy and straight tee ball is necessary to give the golfer a clear shot to the bunkered and mounded green. Trouble awaits any errant shot from tee to green. |

Although there is water in front of the green, it rarely comes into play for most golfers. You must stay away from the left if you want to make a three. |

Long, hilly and difficult best summarize this hole. Good course management is a must here. This par four has five bunkers which come into play no matter what handicap you carry. Flat lies are rare from tee to green. |

This is our signature hole and very worthy of its reputation. The beauty of the hole can distract you. Pitching slightly from left to right, the fairway is generous but tall pines and oaks invite errant shots. A long and accurate second shot is needed to avoid a generously bunkered green. |

This is the last short par four of the Ross layout set amongst cedars and white pines. A easy green to hit in regulation but another difficult putting surface to read from any position. Large and deep bunkers protect this innocuous hole. |

A very wide fairway and a blind second shot bring the golfer to the steepest sloping green on the course. Club selection is difficult and putting can be treacherous from above the cup. |

Many members and transients find it hard to believe that this gem is rated the seventeenth most difficult at Plymouth. An elevated green surrounded by three bunkers and thick rough on all sides make this a character building par three. |

This is the only par 5 that PCC has. It is difficult to reach in two for any good golfer since it is all carry. The picturesque green is set in front of tall pines and is very difficult to chip to since it is elevated. Don't be long! |

This is one of the most challenging dog legs in the area. To register a par you must be long, straight and creative. The fairway slopes steeply to the left and the green is perched high above the player. Woods dominate the left and anything right is "death". |

One of the great finishing holes any golfer, amateur or professional, will appreciate. A breath taking view from the tee as well as the green. A very long tee ball is a must if you want a peek at the green and insure a decent stance. The green is elevated, large, and guarded by several bunkers. |
