This years competition was conducted by a group of six ruthless and tipsy competitors at the vacation location on Isle of Palms, South Carolina, USA.
We had beautiful sunrises!
Of course there were the usual sand castle building competitions.
And then the Real competition!
This years competitors!
But before we get to the competition itself, I'd like to take a moment to express the immense appreciation from all the participants for the terrific, and essential, jobs performed by the Masters of Ceremony and the Security Detail! This event could not happen without all of you!
Entries were judged in four categories:
- Color
- Bouquet
- Taste
- Finish
- Overall Rating (50 to 100)
As noted by the judges compiling the scoring, all this years wines came in within a 5 point spread! With no scores below 90!
All the competitors are to be congratulated on their entries!
