Cr. Yvonne Chapman is Mayor of the Shire of Pine Rivers. Yvonne Chapman was President of the Queenslanders for Constitutional Monarchy Association (Inc.) for the year 1996-97 and was re-elected as President for the year 1997-98. Yvonne Chapman is also a QCM patron.
