Learning karate will definitely train up yourself to have a strong body, especially for men whom are going for National Service. For women, after training in karate, they will be able to lose weight and have a well figured body.

Not only that, according to recent SARS studies, karate students possess stronger immune system against germs and illness than normal people.

Besides training physically, learning karate will also improve your mental power, enabling you to stay alert throughout the day without tiring.

Self-Defence Purposes

In times of danger, you will be equipped with a set of self-defence skills to protect yourself and to subdue opponents who are stronger than you.

Believe it or not, after learning karate, you are able to sense danger nearby even before it occurs.

Character Building

Learning karate will gradually build up one's self esteem, courage and confidence, thus, you are able to speak up confidently without getting nervous and do things with courage.

Besides these, karate will also train you how to be a good student leader, such as how to manage a club and how to lead your men under different circumstances.

Self - Achievements

Besides these, excelled SPKC members whom are recognized in the SKF will have the opportunities to
