Kick (Freestyle)**Knee Flex**Knee Pops aka Heel Stomps











KICK (Freestyle): A movement of the whole leg from the hip in any direction.

KNEE FLEX is a soft and slight bending of the knee. By flexing the knee, a dancer absorbs much of the shock of harsh movements. Flexing the knees also adds control and improves a dancers speed and balance.
