(12/16/99)- On Thursday, November 11, 1999, BeanMania magazine hosted a Bean Bag Extravaganza Cruise. Each cruise participant was given a welcome packet of cruise 'exclusives'. The Puffkins exclusive was a Flo the flamingo Puffkin with special cruise tag. Click here to see a picture!
Mary Beth's Bean Bag World Convention at Rosemont
(10/12/99) - The second Mary Beth's Bean Bag World convention was held in Rosemont, Illinois on October 9-10, 1999. 250 each of Autumn, Buzz, Gertie, Roswell, and the four '99 Christmas Puffkins were tagged with a special tag to commemorate the event.

Schaumberg Flyers Minor League Baseball
(10/99) - Shaumburg Honda in Illinois sponsored three "Puffkin Nights" this past summer where Puffkins were given out to the first 1,500 kids attending the Schaumburg Flyers baseball games. July 12th was "Lion" Night (Lancaster), July 26th was Ron "Kitty" Kittle Day (Cinnamon) and August 30th was Greg Hibbard "Little Bulldog" Day (Bosley). Specialty tags were attached to the Puffkins and were different depending on which day you attended. To see if any are still available you can call the Stadium Gift Shop 1-847-891-2255. St. Jude Children's Hospital
(07/08/99) - For each Cosmo purchased, SWIBCO will donate 27 cents to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Each Cosmo Puffkin has a special heart tag featuring the St. Jude's logo. You can help doctors and researchers continue to fight childhood cancer and diseases.

Mary Beth's Beanie World Convention Souvenir
(05/20/99) - Mary Beth's Beanie World hosted a convention in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania for all different types of bean bags. 250 each of Freddy, Scooter, Danny, and Patriot were tagged with a special tag to commemorate the convention.

SWIBCO Sales Representatives
(04/30/99) - Sales reps who attended the April 24, 1999 sales meeting at SWIBCO were each given two specially tagged Freddy the tree frogs as mementos of the big day. We were told that only 120 of these special Freddys were made.

Denver Museum of Natural History
(02/18/99) - The next time you are in Denver, stop by the Denver Museum of Natural History. Not only can you get a little culture and learn some cool facts, you can bring home a Puffkin with a special souvenir tag! U.S. Air Force Academy
(01/22/99) - The U.S. Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, Colorado has a specially tagged Puffkin in their gift shop. Since the mascot of the Air Force Academy is a Falcon, Swoop can be found there sporting a special tag.
**UPDATED (02/13/99) - The front of the special tag has a picture of a falcon and says, "I am Joe Falcon, the official mascot of the U.S. Air Force Academy." The back has the bar code and the AFA emblem.

Brookfield Zoo
(05/12/98) - Chicago's Brookfield Zoo is selling Puffkins with a special swing tag. On one side the tag has the zoo's name and on the other side it states that the purchase of the Puffkin helps feed the animals in the zoo.

(04/10/98) - GFWC, General Federation of Women's Clubs, in Illinois is selling Puffkins with a special swing tag. The tag states that the money made from the sale of the Puffkins will be donated for the prevention of child abuse.
