Company History
Vital Link Consulting was founded in 1987 by Allie Hafez
OTR/L, CDMS, CCM. The company name was inspired by a statement from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) : Occupational Therapy: a Vital Link to Productive Living. Vital Link Consulting's services reflect this theme by incorporating skills and experience gained in clinical and business settings. This incorporation results in the development of creative processes for addressing the challenges of including people with disabilities in the pursuit of corporate goals.

As an independent contractor with AE Roberts Educational Seminars, Allie has also trained human resource professionals to coordinate corporate policies and procedures with compliance with FMLA, ADA and workers' compensation.
