Dressing

( for Chicken, Turkey, pork chops, etc.)

1 loaf White bread put out to dry - when dry pull into little pieces

wet the bread and then squeese out excess water

Add:
1 egg
1/2 cup onion
salt and pepper (to taste)
sage (to taste)

Mix this all together, and stuff your turkey, or serve with your meat dish.

Now for Thanksgiving, I use three loaves of white bread and add more of the other ingrediants to taste. Stuffing I can't get into the bird I put in a bowl and bake along with the Turkey and use the juice from the Turkey to baste the bowl to keep it moist.
