Good Love by Tammy Wynette
[Seasoned Mashed Potatoes] [Banana Bread] [Mock Whipped Cream] [Blueberry Dessert]
PINEAPPLE CAKE
CAKE
- 2 eggs
- 2cups flour
- 2cups sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple (not drained)
Mix together
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 Mins.

FROSTING
- 2 cups powered sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8oz. cream cheese
mix together and frost the cooled cake

SEASONED MASHED POTATOES
- 5lbs. potatoes
- 8oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup half&half
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. seeasoned salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- sprinkle of paprika

Cool and drain your potatoes like you would for mashed potatoes
Add remaining ingredients and mix all together with electric mixer.
Put in casserole dish; brush top with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
May be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.

BANANA BREAD
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortning
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
pinch of salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 cups flour
mix all together and pour into bread pan
Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour

Mock Whipped Cream
7 tablespoons of flour
1/2 cup shortening (not oil)
1/2 cup oleo
3/4 cup sugar (granulated)
sift flour & sugar together
Add 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Whip about 4 minutes - the longer you whip, the creamier it will be!

Blueberry Dessert
Crust: 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
(reserve 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top later)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
mix and press into pan
Filling: 1 large creme cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/ tsp vanilla
2 eggs - Beat together and pour on crust
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Topping: When cool, spread with one can blueberry pie filling or 2 cups thickened fresh berries
chill, then spread 1 pkg Whipped topping over berries Lastly, sprinkle with reserved crumbs
