Flower Garden

There are a just few key ingredients to building a nice garden that will attract and sustain hummingbirds.

FOOD---Most any flowering plants have necter in them and/or you can hang a feeder, with a solution of sugar and water.(NEVER USE HONEY)just plain table sugar is the best. If you would like to learn more about the feeders and the recipe for the food click HERE.

Water---Hummingbirds like to take bathes just like other birds. If you don't have a shallow stream or another source of water close to your garden, then add a small bird bath. Place a few rocks in the bottom to give them something to stand on.
