Dear Dad:

The great outdoors is just a little overrated, isn't it? Mom makes me go out there regularly, of course, and it sorta ticks me off sometimes.

That's when I like to just stand still without even sniffing the ground. After a minute or two of the statue pose, I'll give a cursory sniff, lift my front leg out of the wet grass and then freeze into a new statue position for a little longer. Then I hightail it for the steps and inside.

It's a fun game. Last night, Mom, Mackie and I played it four times. Cool.
