I've met a lot of wonderful people on the internet. One thing meeting people from all over the world has taught me is that we're all more alike than we are different. I've also learned that no matter how tough you think you have it, there is someone who is going through the same thing, or worse. These people have taught me what real courage and perseverance in the face of hardship really is. A few of them have their own web sites. I hope you'll take the time to get to know these remarkable people. They truly let you know "You've Got A Friend". |
Shayna's site is full of useful and fun things: links to fibromyalgia sites and support groups for people who live with pain or a disability, wonderful original poetry, lots of photos, and much more. |
Visit Chuckles at Acton's Attic for beautiful poetry, a good laugh, wonderful photos, information on corneal dystrophy, lots of midi links, and much more. It's an attic full of treasures. |
Lainee has a beautiful site filled with family, friends, and spectacular photos of her travels, especially of Scotland |
Karron's site is filled with the love of family and friends, photos of her travels, and beautiful original works of prose.

A special "HELLO" to the very first friends I made on the internet, Linda, Terri, and Mike. I've known them all for nearly 6 years now. I finally got to meet Terri in the summer of 2002, that was a great experience. I can't wait to someday meet Mike and Linda. I consider all 3 of them very good friends. There's also a great group of mommies that I "talk" to via email and message boards whenever I can. We share stories of our kids and families, and support each other through the trials and tribulations of raising children. Hopefully we will all meet someday. A big thank you to all of you.

It takes all day
To fill my eyes
With sunny grass
And butterflies.
For spot from chuckles :"
