After checking out numerous internet hosts, we opted for Geocities, nestled in the Heartland, one of their most popular neighborhoods. The decision to separate The Roundabout and present it as its own stand-alone site is the fact that we have been asked on several occassions for information relevant to back issues. Negotiations with our former host for more space fell through and we were forced to look for a new home.
The "thumbs-up" for GeoCities is a simple bottomline issue: space, excellent service and features. They afford us more space in order to retain back-issues on-line. Unfortunately, I have not been able to recoup all the 1997-1999 issues, although I am going though all of my files. On the upside, you will now be able to browse through back issues, check on past news or important dates.
